Hi, I'm Keith Harrod. I'm glad you could stop by.

I love photography for a couple of reasons.

First and foremost is using photographs as a medium to express my artistic sensitivities. My favorite forms are black & white prints and abstract images.

Second, I am attracted by photography's technical aspects: interchangable lenses, f/stops, shutter speeds, ISO values, dynamic range, focal ratio, inverse square law.

Most of the images I make get edited in some way, shape, or form. I use a variety of image editing software tools from the ubiquitous Photoshop to Microsoft Paint.

Surprisingly, a lot of the image editing we do now, is just a digital version of what we did in a darkroom with chemicals and other processes in the days of film.

I really enjoy doing photography. I hope you enjoy my photography too.
